An outstanding collection of different embellishments on traditional 'comfort food' 5
Cooking instructor Rick Rodgers provides 'down home' and family cooking at their best, from Leg of Lamb with Roasted Ratatouille to Pumpkin Sticky Toffee Pudding and Ziti with Chicken, Broccoli and Rosemary. The result is an outstanding collection of different embellishments on traditional 'comfort food' perfect for general-interest lending libraries.

Wonderful recipes using Autumn ingredients5
When the air begins to chill, and Autumn announces its arrival, this recipe book would be a wonderful book to have.

The recipes are creative and there are tasty looking pictures of the results. One I especially liked was the butternut squash bisque with chipotle red pepper swirl. Hot, creamy, and with a snappy tang it uses vegetables that are available in autumn. The dry brined roasted turkey with sage and cider gravy is also to die for.
