This is my favorite cook book! Easy to follow healthy recipes that taste really good! Every recipe has a picture with it. My husband enjoys the recipes and doesn't even realize he is eating heart healthy...that's a huge plus!
I do not have any heart issues that I need special recipes. I just like to eat healthy. I truly love this book.

Great cookbook!5
This book has many great recipes that are relatively easy to make. Each recipe has the nutrition facts below. I've made a few recipes from it which tasted good and I plan to try many new recipes from this book.

I always like a recipe that is enjoyable to browse through, and this one is just that. Most of the recipes are side-by-side with photographs which look delectable. I definitely recommend this cookbook!

I love this cookbook!5
This cookbook is great for anyone health or heart conscience! It doesn't have a single recipe in it with butter (which is great!) and all of the recipes are easy and delicious without adding unhealthy fat or excessive (always less than 1 tsp) salt for flavor! Highly recommended!
