one of my favorites
I am a wannabe chef and this book expanded my list of thing I can make for guests. I recommend this book to everyone who likes to cook. The front of the book explains all of the ingredients and techniques, and the back of the book puts it all together. The food is wonderful. I had a blast looking in the asian markets for the ingredients.

This book is terrific
I had lots of fun making wraps and rolls....Most if not all of the recipes are simple and quick...very nice cookbook for appetizers and small cocktail parties... I had fun...
