Good product\^^/
Have been using this for the past 6 months. The bottom has some small cuts/stripes. Use the hand soap and a piece of clothe (not sponge) to wash very gently. Far as cooking, it gives very good result. Far as how to best remove/wash debris from this pot/pan I have no clue\^^/

calphalon 2 1/2 qt contemporay sauce pan
This is a great pan. Everyone needs a non-stick sauce pan and the shape of this one makes it perfect for many jobs. It's well made, not too heavy to handle and the glass lid lets you observe your work. The pan flares out near the rim, so for smaller jobs the ingredients are concentrated at the bottom. The flared out area makes it easier to get a spoon or spatula in there to work the sauce.

Wide saucier
The size is just perfect and the shape is wonderful for stirring and whisking, since the corners are more gently rounded and you can get the tool right in there.
