Solid unit for an exceptional price
I did a lot of research and this little beauty came out on top. The base is VERY solid and the motor is exceptionally strong and suprisingly quiet. Anything that has been cooked will blend with ease, nuts and dates were fine, but I would avoid using it for hard cheese. Overall, an excellent value for the price with no downside that I see.

Plenty room for improvement.
Very good concept. Very cheap cutting and shredding elements, shabbily made without any precision. As one reviewer here noticed "it pulverizes" meat and vegetables instead of cutting and shredding.

Would not buy it again. It does not look Cuisinart, it does not cut Cuisinart.

Excellent addition!
Having the additional ability to slice vegetables right into the pot for cooking or into the bowl for mixing saves so much time and is, for me, more useful than the Cuisineart with the juicer! Excellent purchase and of course, one cannot possibly go wrong with Crusineart! Great product!
