Customer Reviews

Excellent Item5
This press fits perfectly inside my 10 1/2 inch iron skillet which makes it perfect for bacon, burgers, or anything that would normally curl up or shrink. It also significantly decreases grease splatter during cooking, which reduces cleaning times dramatically. I have also used the press on an electric griddle as well as a BBQ with excellent results. I have already recommended this item to my friends.

My search is over5
I love this. I have wanted a new one to replace a hand me down. And, low and behold amazon had it for me. I think it's the perfect weight to hold the bacon down, without squishing it. Bacon fries up flat and it's easy to turn over. The size is good. I like the round better than the rectangular ones. Hard to find a retangular pan... :) Follow the directions on the box for seasoning cast iron. I wash mine in the sink and put it right back on the heat to make sure it's dried and re oil it. You will get years of service out of any cast iron item, if you maintain it.

A much larger bacon press that will work perfectly in a larger pan with a larger amount of bacon!
