Everything you need
This is a great kit. It has just about everything you need for basic cake decorating. All I will need now are more tips and some disposable bags, and I will be set. The case is perfect, lightweight, and easy to carry. Definitely a good investment for the beginner cake decorator.

So useful, but so ugly
I'm a novice cake decorator, and I thought I'd get this big kit instead of purchasing one tool here, one tool there and finding I was missing something when rushing to prepare for an event. I'm glad I did; this kit has everything you'd need as a beginner. But the quality of the products is not first-rate, that's for sure. Things are on the flimsy side--but, again, good enough for the beginner, and at this point it's better to get to practice different skills, as many as possible. The toolbox the tools come in is also made of cheap plastic and is very ugly. Not crucial, obviously, but it keeps me from giving this kit 5 stars instead of 4. I do recommend it, though, if you want to get into cake decorating!
