Customer Service a HUGE disappointment
The order was lost. Customer Service at Wine Country was not helpful at all. Directed me to call Fed Ex to try to locate the package. Then, when I called them back to tell them that Fed Ex had admitted to losing the package, they gave me the run-around about getting a refund or issuing a new package to be sent. Finally, they instructed me to call Amazon to get my money back. Not customer friendly at all!!

No customer service, no guarantee
I enjoyed the product, but not the process. The company "guaranteed" shipping by Christmas, but the basket arrived three days late. When I contacted them via e-mail and asked how they would justify their guarantee, I got an automated reply that said a representative would respond in 24 hours. I received no reply. Calls to their customer service line were not received, and a voice mail left was not returned. There are a lot of companies that make gift baskets, and I expect most are concerned about customer service, so go elsewhere. The basket wasn't THAT good.

No S&H - Price includes Ground Shipping and Handling - Limited-time Offer!

This does not mean the shipping is free. It means the price of the item includes shipping and handling. The gift basket costs $29.95. S&H is $7.95. When I pointed this slippery wording out to amazon and the vendor, they blamed each other.

Why is this offer for a limited time??? It may be more than the cheese that stinks.
