This was by far the best grilling sauce I've ever tried. Tried this on pork steaks -- used half a bottle. I was amazed. The rest of the sauce is waiting for a worthy meal.

I picked this up while on vacation 450 miles away from home. Now I'm loathe to use the other half of the bottle -- because I can't just buy it at the local grocery store.

It's almost like Elaine of Seinfeld determining if her suitors are sponge-worthy. Except I wonder if my meals are sauce-worthy. To use the sauce, the meat and the rest of the meal will have to be special enough to be sauce-worthy.

Is it worth $9 a bottle? Yes! But I'm still cheap and I would use it infrequently because of the price. I'd rather try to duplicate the recipe. If it were $4-5 per bottle, I'd use it all the time.
