I discovered this chocolate while traveling in Europe and can now enjoy it back in the States. It is one of the best chocolates I have ever had. Smooth, rich, and sweet at first, but the bitterness of the 72% cocao breaks through for a great finish. And you are getting 100% organic chocolate. Truly one of the bast chocolate out there.
