71% Cacao
At 71% Cacao, this is a very chocolate-rich chocolate. If you eat it "for health" you will find that a little bit seems to satisfy the chocoholic urge. I noticed the more cacao, the less I tended to eat and the better I felt afterward. There are 85% and even 90% chocolates which are like drinking coffee black; not entirely bitter but not sweet. Any of these is a great treat and you will possibly find that a single square is all you need to feel the chocolate buzz.
