This 8-1/2-quart rectangular roaster has a gorgeous, high-quality German-made enameled interior and exterior that are resistant to chipping and fading, easy to clean, and encased in stainless-steel rims for added durability. In addition, the nonporous enamel won’t absorb food odors or flavors. A heavy-gauge carbon steel core gives the pan substantial heft and heats up faster than ordinary cookware. Measuring 14 by 10-1/2 by 4 inches, this pan is large enough to roast chicken, turkey, beef, or pork and can even bake large casseroles in a pinch.
