excellent RAW kitchen helper
This is a must have for all cooks and RAW food cooks. The easy use and easy wash makes me look forward to using it. I made RAW baklavah with thinly sliced apples that were perfect. I shredded cabbage in perfect looking and easy to chew slices. Consistently thin and delicate slicing without wasting large amounts of the veggie or fruit! I liked it so much that many of my family use it now as well. I can not imagine being a RAW foodest with out this in my kitchen.
