Very nice gourmet sea salt!
This salt has a great flavor. It is a little coarser than I expected and is slow to dissolve, but it give a nice salty burst of flavor with just a hint of something more. A little goes a long way. I think this salt is wonderful on fish and beef. I was very pleased with my order from DAS Salt/DAS Foods - fast shipping, great product, pleasant thank you note and samples included with my order. Although it's not inexpensive, an order of gourmet salts is well worth it from this company.

Great Food, Great Quality, and Even Greater Service
This product is amazing. Not only did I get a very good tasting product, but I also got a hand written note AND a free sample of candy made fresh by Das Foods.
