Lemon and Honey Paradise
Okay, I am an admitted foodie and sugar addict--but these caramels are a poem on my tongue! They are soft and sweet and their flavor slowly evolves as it melts. Don't be alarmed by the few crystals of gourmet salt--they finish and deepen the subtle flavors.
