Helpful for a person just learning about nutrition!
Helpful for a person learning about nutrition and weight. I could not lose weight as my eyeballing the food came up with a smaller weight and amount of calories than the scale for the same portion. As they say, honesty is the best policy.

Product packed well, came on time, and worked the first time
The product allowed easier handling of tracking all food eaten for blood glucose control on the Eat Right for your Blood type diet and the ADA requirements. The scale can be read easily and does not take up a lot of counter space. We track how many 15 gram carbohydrate portions are in each meal and track with a pedometer from Amazon the exercise program to burn it off daily.

Recommended for Calorie counters
This is a great product and works with any diet plan. I have been trying to count my daily calorie intake and I have been using the scale for this purpose. So far its been working for me. I have been using it for 2 weeks and i have lost 2lbs so far just by counting calories and controlling portions. Its brought so much awareness about the food I consume and I have switched to eating better foods. The scale is easy to use. No complaints.
