Great remedy for children's minor injuries
This is another excellent homeopathic remedy. Whenever one of my boys has an accident, they want Bumps n' Bruises. Its main ingredient is homeopathic arnica, which helps with the pain, healing, trauma and shock. I recently had a painful cut, and was impressed with how instantly the remedy stopped the pain, and the emotional shock I was experiencing.

It is also a good remedy for jet lag, as there is an element of trauma and shock associated with jet lag. This is another remedy that I make sure I always have on hand at home, and also carry in my purse.

If you are new to homeopathy, do not touch the tablets. Simply tip them over into the lid, then tip the lid into the baby's mouth or their drinking water. It is also important that they not eat or drink anything besides water for 15 minutes before or after taking the remedy as that can affect it.
