About the Author
Rob Price is a first class certified personal trainer and a former fitness consultant at the University of Wisconsin. He is a national weight lifting champion and state bench press record holder who has been featured in newspapers and magazines all over the world, including the USA Today, for his sports-training expertise. Good help for All Stars
This is a basic skill weight training book that can help make a base cheerleader strong enough and flyer limber for their stunts in today's competitive cheerleading arena.
I think it is a great book for a high school / junior high cheerleading sponsor who wants to help her Squad in the offseason to be able to do the stunts require to compete in NCA style events for the many Cheerleading Associations.
