These stress-busters actually work!
I purchased Aila Accad's book at a time in my life when it seems the stress was building from all directions (recent death of my mother, a sister diagnosed with breast cancer, owning my own business, and an adult daughter returning home--with her pets!). I keep Ms. Accad's book handy and randomly choose one of the many tips when I need a break; her tip works everytime! I recommend "34 Instant Stress-Busters" for anyone--whether their life is crazy or not. The tips are not only effective, they often provide inspirational motivation as well.

You can't get a better book that tells you how to reduce stress quickly, why each tip works and provides a plan of action as well as declarations to 'prevent' stress from even starting. A go-to book for when the journey becomes a bit bumpy
Like most things good (good advice, good medicine, etc.), I tend to reach for this book when the journey becomes a bit bumpy. No matter -- the straight-forward approach of this book allows easy implementation for IMMEDIATE results. I highly recommend this book (if you cannot see the author at a workshop or seminar).
