Labyrinth Lover5
Great graphic novel. Good service, and got the product in a short time and in great condition!

Disappointing1
Had this been illustrated by Kouyu Shurei rather than just the cover art being done with her, I just might have endured the story. Maybe.

I dislike what was done with Sarah, I feel like the writer somewhat misinterpreted the ending of the Labyrinth when she was putting her things away. It was a symbol of growing up. Not NEEDING fantasy anymore, not necessarily disbelieving in it.

I'm also disappointed in the erratic panelling and disappointing illustration found within. It's just too...sloppy for my tastes.

I won't be picking up the next one, despite my enjoyment of Shurei's cover art.

labyrinth volume 15
I have been a huge fan of this movie since I was just a kid, and imagine my surprise at finding this book about 2 weeks ago. I devoured it. I have to admit, this is very much like reading a fan fiction... there are so many lines and references to the movie, I absolutely love it! (yes I can quote this movie word for word). If you love the movie, love the characters... then I think this is a fitting tribute. :-)

... and a question.... at the party there is a character (short in a traveling outfit) talking to the main pixie character. I don't remember the character from the movie... but he did look an aweful lot like traveling Matt from fraggle Rock.
