Lupus Recovery Diet5
When I got the book I was rather skeptical and simply put it away after my initial reading. I took my meds and did everything I could to better how I felt with lupus. After resisting over 1 1/2 years, I finally tried some of Jill Harrington's suggestions. The results have been great and I am now much more comfortable and mobile. I have been able to garden daily for the first time in over four years. The author's attitude is very supportive and she makes it easy.

Jill Harrington makes a lot of sense5
Even if you don't have autoimmune problems, the advice given by Jill Harrington is sound and practical. At the time when my daughter was diagnosed with Lupus, I searched high and low on the Internet for natural means of healing, so I came upon Ms. Harrington's site and found her own experience intriguing. I didn't hesitate for a moment and ordered her e-book. It turned out that my daughter was misdiagnosed by the doctors. Nonetheless, she has applied some of Ms. Harrington's principles offered in her book. We're not vegetarians but the recipes could be applied to anyone.

I passed the e-book on to another young lady who does have Lupus. Ms. Harrington has given hope to those with Lupus, and the benefits would surely abound for those who don't have it. Let's face it! She was her own Guinea pig! What better proof? Granted, we're each different and our cases may vary, but it's worth trying.

I'm a firm believer that natural, practical means of healing or measures of healing are out there for those of us who don't particularly like taking medications, which are extremely costly, not to mention the terrible side effects! Mind you, I'm not totally against medications, but for me, that's not the initial route I would go.

When you make good, healthy changes, it should not be for a season, but for a lifetime. Maintaining good health requires a lifestyle change, but one must be willing to commit oneself. Jill Harrington certainly did and it changed her life for the better, and she shares that invaluable information in her book! I think she is one courageous woman! I commend her! I also like the fact that she keeps us abreast of new possibilities--a nice, personal and friendly touch, I think.

Purchase the book; it's worth the read and it's doable. Nothing ever comes easy, but when you commit to a program such as Ms. Harrington's, even if you don't try everything, the benefits will be amazing! What may seem impossible to follow will become possible if you apply yourself to Ms. Harrington's techniques on a daily basis. One step at a time; one day at a time. Good health to you all!
