Awesome
This game is really fun!!! I'm a big Pirate's fan and this game is well worth the money, I'm not finished playing yet but the graphics and Capt Jack Sparrow are really good, What I really like, is all the actors voices from the movie are on the game which is really nice and overall the game is worth playing if you are into the movies, I'm a big Johnny Depp fan, I've always been way before the movies came out but if you like the movies, the game is worth the 30.00 I paid for it. Overall it is an awesome game, I have the PC version.
Simplistic but amusing
I played the demo for this game and it is a *little* clumsy the way way the controls work. The animation is entertaining to look at, the colors are bright but not overpowering, there's good definition and contrast. Just enough 'jackish' moves without being too exaggerated. The graphics were a *little* last year, I play things like City of Heros and like a little more crisp and less rubbery looking around the faces would be good. Even so, I liked the feeling of it and thought the detail was nice.
I found it to be very very simplified, storywise, just a little jarringly, but the nice gameplay made up for it - without using a gamepad though, the game's more complicated moves are pretty difficult to implement. Changing things around in setup probably would help but i was playing straight from the download.
I did enjoy the game as much as the demo gave me - and i am looking forward to more. If you're looking for anything new or different, this is not it, but it is an enjoyable almost platform style 3d game.
Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End PC Game
Awesome! My little boy loves playing this game. I have to do a lot of the sequences for him, but he likes to watch the action. My only problem is I can't get it to work with a joystick. It has a screen to select the actions with the button, but it won't accept it when you've set them. Directions would be nice. There were none with it.
