best money you will ever spend
This thing is a life saver.... I would have had to miss work seveal times if I hadn't been able to hit the trigger points in my back to release the spasms. This is also the cheapest I have ever seen the Thera Cane sell for.

The Best!
I have spent thousands of dollars on back pain relief products from inversion tables, creams, massage chairs, you name it. This is the best twenty bucks I ever spent. And it is worth more than all the other stuff. If you play around with it and get to figure out how it works and how to work it, it becomes a definite life saver. I can feel it unlocking all my trigger points and knots and releasing my spasms and believe me my back is almost imobile in the morning. I'd be lost without this simple little tool. It is like being able to massage your own back. I highly recommend this product. It is my absolute must have now and I can't say enough about it!!!

Theracane
The theracane arrived in good condition along with a 4 page catalog detailing its usage. I use the product mainly to de-stress and work on the "knots" in my lower back and shoulders. It does a great job of it as it is easy to manipulate on one's own or with some help even from a non-professional.
