To the point weight loss plan.5
I really liked this book; it's kind of like a weight loss memoir but with suggestions about how you, too, can lose weight. I thought so much of it made perfect sense and have found that it's easy to implement this plan into my real life. So far, so good. I am seeing a change in my body just starting it and it's so easy to do, too.

Everyone should read this book. Especially if you have been a life long dieter and you just want to lose the weight and be done with it!! A very common sense approach and not so hazy that you will feel like you are on your own like other non-dieting approaches. I hate those books that say Eat what you want whenever you are hungry and just stop when you are full like it's the easiest thing in the world. It's not!! This book has a plan and you will not feel deprived!! Go for it! Don't miss out on this one!!! :)

I really looked forward to reading this book and I wasn't disappointed. It is a good read. Kim found a simple plan that worked for her. It is a plan that would work for others. I like that she doesn't beat herself up or make fat jokes about herself. I read one book whose author had lost a lot of weight as an adult yet the author still wanted to punish some unkind boys because of comments they had made several years before in high school. She needed to "lose that weight." She was very crtical of herself and others. I did not find that humorous. I found it sad.
Kim's book is not critical. Kim's book is helpful. Nice easy breezy read.
