What happened?
I love Morgan Heritage. I think they're easily the best thing since Bob Marley. They're praised worldwide for their catchy melodies and roots reggae. But where are those gorgeous melodies? What's with the overabundance of hip hop and soul music and the slick production which sucks the heart out of the songs? I want to rock with them on this album, but the songs don't get inside me. I want to hear impeccable Morgan Heritage reggae, but I'm hearing a ridiculously talented band trying too hard to reach out in too many directions at once to a larger audience at the grave expense of their beloved identity. I hope others like Mission In Progress more than I do; but mostly I'm hoping this wonderful band doesn't forget its roots.

Awesome CD. Not that I expected any different. A mix of traditional reggae and street music that blends so well.

I thought this material was dull, predictable, uninspired. Sorry I bought it. Trying to give it away. No success, yet.
