![]() | Good Clean Fun 2: The Super Jump-Off by Big Jess
Buy new: $16.99 / Used from: $9.49 Can anybody tell me where you could you hear someone seemlessly flow over a beat dominated by an accordion, do a Snoop Dogg parody, and include 8 bit samples from popular Nintendo games like Metroid, and Super Mario Brothers, and make it all sound so dope. The best part is that its ALL ON ONE DISK!!

Buy new: $16.99 / Used from: $9.81 The first in a series of bangers by the the other half of Unknown Prophets.
|
![]() | Radio by Ky-Mani Marley
Buy new: $13.98 / Used from: $7.52 I know, it's not classified as hip hop, but it comes pretty close. This cd would be very listenable, but if you can get past that weird dolphin like noise he keeps making, this cd will be certain to please even the most devout hip hop listener.

![]() | Below the Heavens by Blu & Exile
I had to add this one. One question for anybody who is looking for this cd:
Why the hell did this one go OOP????? It kinda makes it really difficult to purchase.

![]() | Masters of the Universe by Binary Star
Buy used from: $11.95 Raw rhymes in an age where raw rhymes became extinct. These guys are an endangered species, and they deserve to see some mainstream sunshine. They stick to jazzy beats, samples, and scratches, but the difference is that they arent on some "flower power" rap. these guys are real from start to finish.

![]() | Overcast
Buy new: $17.99 / Used from: $7.26 Ant provides the beats, and Slug does the rhymes. This is a must for someone searching for hip hop that harkens back to that dark, grimy 1994 style rap.

![]() | Chapter Seven [CD on Demand] by Copperpot
Buy new: $12.00 / Used from: $0.94 British beatsmith collaborates with a few legends, An up and coming Chigago emcee named LongShot, and some fellow brit rappers creating an experience that will not only please the listener's ears, but will give them a fresh perspective on hip hop in general.
|
![]() | Wyla? by Copperpot
Buy new: $11.98 / Used from: $0.48 This is Copperpot's demo so to speak. This cd contains several different samples of genres, including Polish Funk (?), as mentioned in the liner notes. I must say, this cd is a solid introduction to the arsenal of beats this guy brings to the table.
|
![]() | Issues by CopperShot
Buy new: $13.99 / Used from: $0.69 This album is a joint collaboration betwen Copperpot, and LongShot (see Chapter seven review). Not only does he get to bust out the turntables and mpc, LongShot gets to flex his verbals over his latest collection of beats, creating a vibe that has long been gone since...well, I really can't remember. This album is sure to sweep out any cobwebs that may be lurking around in your hip hop collection.
