Well worth the money
I received this DVD and immediatly watched it and then watched it again.
Really enjoyed it and thought the tips quite helpful too.
Have made several recipes and all have turned out well and will be made again.
Also, I appreciated the fact she does NOT use a lot of weird ingredients.
I found the Agave Nectar I needed for the chocolate mousse recipe at Dominick's, (the corner grocer here in Chicago).
I wonder which blender she uses in the DVD, It sure works nicely.
It does not look like the one she reccomends in the booklet that comes with the DVD.
Easy rawfood video "really is easy"
Although I am a raw food chef and have even taken a live class with Jenny, I like to have videos to show other people how easy it can be. This video is quite well done and shows very easy recipes without using high tech equipment. She uses a regular blender and food processor. I love the simple recipes. If you have never prepared a rawfood meal, you will have confidence that you can do it after viewing this video. It is an awesome tool for beginners. The little recipe booklet that comes with it is a perfect addition to the video. This item is worth the money.
informative and easy!
I'm not much of a cook and I'm just starting to incorporate more raw food into my diet. Jennifer Cornbleet's dvd and book are tremendously helpful. For the first few items I made, I zipped to the recipe on the dvd and followed right along with Jennifer. It was easy and it worked! She also gives you tons of great tips on things others take for granted... like the best way to chop vegetables and how small you should break things up for the blender. And Jennifer seems like such a sunny, friendly person. Great resource. I highly recommend it!
