![]() | Breville SK500XL Ikon Cordless 1.7-Liter Stainless-Steel Electric Kettle
Buy new: $69.99 / Used from: $60.99 The hot water in our house takes so long to get to our bathroom that we actually bought this to wash up at night. We fill the sink basin with the hot water to wash our faces. We save on water and on the energy we use to heat our face-washing water. The time it takes for the kettle to heat up is the time that we should be flossing anyway.

We bought it for our rugs- it works fine on the hard-wood floor also, but there a broom works better. This is what carpeted restaurants use when they need to clean the floor and there are customers around. It works quite well.
