I am a psychotherapist in Providence, Rhode Island working with adults and adolescents around a variety of issues. Licensed as an independent clinical social worker, I am also recognized as a Board Certified Diplomate in Clinical Social Work. I work with an Integral Model of therapy which skillfully and in an individualized way blends Relational Cultural Theory (RCT), Buddhist Psychology, Mindfulness Meditation and teachings from yoga. I am also a yoga and meditation instructor.
On a regular basis I am asked for titles of books and other reading/reference materials to inform and deepen the learning on specific issues.
