Buy new: $28.54 / Used from: $19.55 Okay, odd that this follows the book by York (though he quotes from Kierkegaard often) and Palahniuk. I think Palahniuk is the nihilistic version of Kierkegaard. I include this book because for SK the apex of love is loving the dead. It cannot be reciprocal therein making sure love is not really self-love.
