Features and Benefits
All-Clad pans with a stainless interior cooking surface are oven-safe up to 500 degrees. All-Clad pans with a non-stick cooking surface are oven-safe up to 400 degrees, but should not be used under the broiler. We recommend using a low to medium temperature when cooking with All-Clad. Higher heats are not necessary and may cause discoloration (see cleaning instructions below). Other features include:

Warranty
From date of purchase, All-Clad guarantees to repair or replace any item found defective in material, construction or workmanship under normal use and following care instructions. This excludes damage from misuse or abuse. Minor imperfections and slight color variations are normal.
Cleaning Instructions
For daily cleaning, warm soapy water is sufficient. Clean your All-Clad thoroughly after each use. Food films left of the pan may cause discoloration and sticking. To get rid of stuck-on food or discoloration and stains from using too high of a heat, we recommend cleaning your All-Clad with a product called Bar Keeper’s Friend. To use the Bar Keeper’s Friend, simply use a soft cloth or sponge and water and make into a soupy paste. This can be used on the interior, as well as the exterior of your All-Clad (excluding the Cop-R-Chef). The Bar Keeper’s Friend can also be used on the exterior of the All-Clad Stainless collection, LTD collection, and MC2 collection. For cleaning of the Cop-R-Chef exterior, simply use a brass/copper cleaner. If your water has a high iron content, you may notice a rusty discoloration. Use Bar Keeper’s Friend to remove it.

Great, the second time around...
I was very hesitant to spend close to $160 on a single fry pan, but I had heard so many good things about All-Clad and thought it would be a wise investment. For the first 6 months, the pan was great. I loved the large size and used it often. I was just about ready to invest in an entire set of All-Clad cookware when my pan warped. I was using it on an electric stove as usual, and the pan just simply warped. I was thoroughly disappointed that a $160 pan would warp during normal use. I won't be spending this kind of money again.
****Follow-up. I contacted All-Clad regarding the warped pan-they had me send it in for evaluation, and yesterday a brand new one showed up at my door. I'm impressed at their customer service and the fact that they stand behind their product.
Great pan, but not for everyone.
I got this pan a month ago, mainly to round out my collection (wow, it looks great hanging on my rack!) To be honest, I was a bit worried about how much use I'd actually get out of it.
How wrong I was! It's absolutely spectacular for recipies that require large amounts of sauted vegatables. I love being able to saute several large onions, peppers, etc. at the same time.
Where it really shines is searing meat in prepartion for roasting. I love to roast, particularly pork and lamb. Only a pan like this lets you sear an entire pork tenderloin without any acrobatics.
It's definitely not for everyone, but I really enjoy using it.
Actually too large.
This pan is of excellent quality, as are all "All Clad" pans. If you are considering this size, keep in mind the following: The 14 inch diameter means it will cover two burners on a standard home range. Most home cooks use 8 to 12 inch fry pans because they fit on the burner best and they are not too heavy. I am a large, strong gourmet cook and was surprised to find this 14 inch pan simply too large to use comfortably. Consider the fact that an 8 inch pan filled with 1 inch of water will weigh about 2 pounds but this 14 inch pan similarly filled with water will weigh nearly 7 pounds. (I know most people aren't frying water, but weight should be similar for other foods.)
