this book is a MUST if you are in the business. It's simple sales strategies that we all take for granted and the author ( carl ) has gone to amazing lengths to simplify the process of how to treat people with respect, how to sell vacation ownership, and how this product actually makes sense for the right person. Anyone in the business who does not read this 2 times per year is a fool.

Must Read for Timeshare Sales Professionals
I just finished reading The Timeshare Coach and am extremely impressed. The content is focused on sales techniques that he has honed while in the timeshare industry. I also like the integration of proven sales masters like Napoleon Hill. The book is very well written and does not contain alot of fluff. This should be a must-read for all experienced as well as new sales people in the vacation ownership business. Plus, you can sign-up for weekly ezine through his website that reinforces the principles covered in the book.

Great Book!
This book is all about attitude, and that is what separates the champions from the mediocre. I highly recommend it for people new to the business, as well as the veterans. It's like a pep talk in a book.
