Every song on this album rocks. Play it loud from start to finish.

From the opening track 'Rush You', it just doesn't stop. A staple in early 90's Aussie collections.
Shake Your Money MakerShake Your Money Maker by The Black Crowes
Buy used from: $3.43
First eard this while working on a farm in the UK. Great to kick back and have a few beers to after work.... Everytime I play it, it takes me back. OOOOHHHHHH!
NevermindNevermind by Nirvana
Buy new: $8.99 / Used from: $1.53
Doesn't everyone think this was the best thing since sliced bread, at the time....!
American IdiotAmerican Idiot by Green Day
Buy new: $13.99 / Used from: $2.98
Something fresh from a band that started to go down the 'sameness' road. I went to their concert in Sydney at the end of their world tour and it was one of the best concerts I've ever seen.
Get BornGet Born by JET
Buy new: $14.99 / Used from: $0.10
This is a great album, with one of the most recognised songs on the planet. 'Are you gonna be my girl' has been used for advertising of Ipod's, movie trailers and TV shows. The rest of the album has some gritty rock and roll - 'Take it or leave it', 'Cold Hard Bitch' and a couple of cool balads - 'Move On' and 'Timothy'. Another winner for OZ rock.
Grave Dancers UnionGrave Dancers Union by Soul Asylum
Buy used from: $0.01
A great rock album, although some people say this was more commercial than their earlier stuff, but who cares, it's still a great album. 'Somebody to Shove', 'Growing into You', 'Get on Out' and 'Homesick', and then some!
Bricks Are HeavyBricks Are Heavy by L7
Buy new: $12.99 / Used from: $2.99
Another album I bought while in the UK. They toured with Nirvana, and I saw them in OZ in '94. These chicks rock. 'Everglade'is still one of my all time favourite tracks.
Permission to LandPermission to Land by The Darkness
Buy new: $14.99 / Used from: $0.34
Something different. Very catchy tunes and very tongue in cheek.
Story of the Clash, Vol. 1Story of the Clash, Vol. 1 by The Clash
Buy used from: $0.93
A good selection of classics from one of the leading British punk bands, although they did turn into more of a rock and roll band towards the end.
Never Mind The BollocksNever Mind The Bollocks by The Sex Pistols
Buy new: $25.98 / Used from: $8.68
A classic! Not one bad song. Many bands have cited them as an influence, but none have come close.
The Best of BlondieThe Best of Blondie by Blondie
Buy used from: $0.85
One of the first albums in my collection, I think I got it as a Christmas present. I played it over and over and then later bought all of their albums. Not one filler track on it.
ChangesonebowieChangesonebowie by David Bowie
Buy used from: $11.75
A good introduction to early to mid 70's Bowie.
One on OneOne on One by Cheap Trick
Buy used from: $18.98
They had one of the biggest hits of '82 with 'If you want my love'. The rest of the album has some real gems on it - 'Your love's got a hold on me', 'She's tight' 'One on One' and 'I want you'. I had the cassette originally, then I had to buy the album because I'd wore it out.
KickKick by INXS
Buy new: $6.99 / Used from: $2.00
Another great album from start to finish. 'New Sensation' was a breath of fresh air, as were all the hits of this. The peak of their career, really.
The Wall (Deluxe Packaging Digitally Remastered)The Wall (Deluxe Packaging Digitally Remastered) by Pink Floyd
Buy new: $27.99 / Used from: $14.65
I used to play this over and over. I never got sick of it. I still play it when I'm sitting around and wanting to pass the time.
Hi Fi WayHi Fi Way by You Am I
Buy used from: $0.98
Another great Aussie band. They are great live, and this album has some classics - 'Cathy's Clown', 'Jewels and Bullets' and 'Purple Sneakers'. Saw them at this years Big Day Out. They still rock after 15 years.
RumoursRumours by Fleetwood Mac
Buy new: $13.99 / Used from: $2.38
I used to sneak into my Sister's room as a kid and play her copy when she was out. The songs still sound fresh today. Not sure what Lindsay Buckingham was thinking when he wrote the follow up, Tusk!
TNTTNT by AC/DC
Buy new: $42.99 / Used from: $55.89
An Oz rock classic... 'TNT', 'It's a long way to the top', 'Can I sit next to you girl', 'High Voltage', 'The Jack' and 'Rocker'. What more could you want..
Led Zeppelin IV (aka ZOSO)Led Zeppelin IV (aka ZOSO) by Led Zeppelin
Buy new: $13.99 / Used from: $3.73
It has one of the greatest songs of all time. That should be enough.
Diesel and DustDiesel and Dust by Midnight Oil
Buy new: $6.99 / Used from: $0.99
More mainstream Oils, but a killer album. 'Beds are Burning', 'Sometimes', 'Dreamworld' and 'Dead Heart' are cracking tunes. Another late 80's Oz summer soundtrack.
EastEast by Cold Chisel
Buy new: $45.99 / Used from: $15.47
One of two classic Oz rock albums by Chisel. This one was their biggest commercial success at home, but unfortunately they didn't crack it overseas.
Circus AnimalsCircus Animals by Cold Chisel
Buy new: $44.99 / Used from: $13.85
This is the other classic Chisel album. Heavier than 'East', but nonetheless, a great album. Contained their highest charting single 'Forever Now' and some other fantastic songs not released as singles.
Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club BandSgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band by The Beatles
Buy new: $16.99 / Used from: $3.75
It's usually always at the top of the greatest albums of all time, and I can see why.
The Joshua TreeThe Joshua Tree by U2
Buy new: $11.99 / Used from: $1.81
This was what made them huge. One of my all time favourite songs is on this album - 'Red Hill Mining Town'. A great album.
Living in the 70'sLiving in the 70's by Skyhooks
Buy new: $16.99 / Used from: $4.49
Another classic Oz album from the 70's.
Recurring Dream: The Very Best of Crowded HouseRecurring Dream: The Very Best of Crowded House by Crowded House
Buy new: $10.99 / Used from: $1.69
A very good greatest hits package. I managed to buy it when it first came out, so I got the bonus concert disc with it.
Greatest HitsGreatest Hits by Queen
Buy new: $10.97 / Used from: $6.40
Catchy tunes, and some classics to boot. 'Bohemian Rhapsody' is their Stairway to Heaven. Another album that got me introduced to them and so I had to buy their entire back catalogue. Glad I did. There were some hidden gems amongst them.
ElectricElectric by The Cult
Buy new: $15.98 / Used from: $7.74
Side one of this album was played to death on my stereo. 'Lil Devil', 'Wildflower', 'Peace Dog', just to name a couple. I always put this on before a night on the town. A good mood album.
