Amazing amazon
I have seen many advertisements for acia berry as being the new food. Oprah to models. I thought..Ha, this is a joke just to get people hooked on a placebo pill. I don't think it is all psychological. I started taking these Amazon Acia berry pills and I noticed that it digests my food quickly by getting rid of the toxic waste that is not necessary for my body. This is how it helps loose weight. It does boost my energy. It is not an appetite suppressant or anything like it. It does have a funky taste, but thankfully you can take it with food, as you are suppose to. Dizziness might be because it was taken without food.

Like all of you, I am very interested in weight loss, health, and all around feeling more energetic. I did research and decided to go with Natrol Acai Berries.
Let me start off by saying: do not lock yourself into one of those "FREE TRIAL" brand Acai berries (as seen on Oprah & Rachel Ray). They are all gimmicks to get your information-- including your credit card number. Yes, they do give you a "free trial," but that's only free for a limited amount of time. They charge you for it after a month, and then put you on an "auto ship" list and automatically ship you another bottle or TWO, and charge your credit card!! ($80-100) Yes, they do tell you that you can "easily" get off the auto ship list, but it isn't that easy! They spend more of your time actually trying to convince you to keep the pills than actually taking you off the list!
Now, to the Natrol Berries. I took them this previous Monday, and the reason I got them in the first place is because I am an unhealthy eater, and supposedly Acai Berries are high in antioxidants and also help your digestion. Also, there were stories of people losing weight, which I could use a few less pounds on my stomach. At first, I felt fine. A little dizzy, but nothing I couldn't handle. Then after dinner I started feeling REALLY dizzy and decided to go to bed early. When I woke up, my neck and my stomach were either extemely swollen or bloated-- AND THEY STILL ARE! It's now Wednesday and my neck is still swollen and my stomach is still bloated. Now, of course you may think I may have had an allergic reaction, but my throat itself isn't swollen and I feel no other allergic reactions. I am not allergic to any other berries, nor do I have any food allergies. I also have NOT had a bowel movement since taking that pill! It's made me constipated and bloated, and it's very uncomfortable-- and that's after taking ONE pill.
All in all, I'm not telling you not to get the product. I'm telling you this so you're a little more cautious than I was-- especially becaue it may have a bad side effect on you, as with any product. Also, I would look for something that is FDA approved, because Natrol is not. Therefore, you don't really know what's REALLY in them because it's not regulated by the FDA. (I was a little naive when it came to buying this after seeing all the reviews and how little the price was.)
So if you're looking for an effective product, I would suggest elsewhere. Check out the FDA website and see what's regulated in the Acai Berry family. Also, if you're looking for help with digestion problems, I would suggest Fish Oil Capsules by KIRKLAND. They really helped me digest food easier and they are good for your heart & brain. You can pick up giant bottles of them at Costco for a pretty good price.

I'm happy today
All I know is I've been taking this product for a week along with Super Cleanse, I got on the scale this morning and I am 10 lbs. Lighter than the day I first started taking it! It may just be all the crap in my system being flushed out I don't know, but last week when I weighed myself I was 10.5 lbs more than today on the same scale. Not kidding. I don't feel a crazy rush of energy though or anything, I haven't felt sick or dizzy or any side effects. We shall see if I keep losing.
