Great product (usually) but a terrible price on Amazon.
You can find these way cheaper in stores.

I've never a found any other product that works so well on my cervical spine pain. Every so often I'll get a box of these heat wraps that have a quality control problem. They don't generate enough heat. That doesn't happen often enough for me to downgrade the number of stars I'll give the product in general because it's so beneficial for me. But I've bought three boxes of the ones for hands and all of those were inferior, heatwise. I'd never buy that hand style again.

When you get a good box, and that's what I get 99% of the time, this style works extremely well. I also get more than 8 hours of heat, but the company doesn't recommend you wear them longer than that.

Once I got a burn from one of the ovals in the wrap. It actually burned to the point that some of my skin peeled off (probably it was a blister, but I couldn't see it because it was on the back of my neck so I don't know). If that had been my first experience with the product, I never would have purchased it again, but I'd been using it for a long time with no problems, so when I healed, I went right back to using the product and have had no problems since then and I've used it a LOT.

Work Just Fine
I think the product works just great. I have often suffered from neck pain, and although this product alone isn't enough to fix it, this product along with some Advil provides great relief. I work at a desk all day, and I have never had a problem with the adhesive falling off or giving me a rash, but if you do have problems with the adhesive, I would recommend you try the back wrap, as there is no adhesive, but a velcro wrap involved.

A disappointment
I love the convenience of heat wraps. But this particular type made for the neck doesn't stay on. The adhesive wears out quickly on it, and it comes off. I'll never buy this particular size, again. The knee wrap and hip wrap stay better on my neck, and covers more territory.
