phiten bracelet review
The bracelet was as described - haven't seen change in health yet - but maybe will in the future!!!!

Its ok
You get what you see and read at phiten website, no surprises.
The rubber has a tendency to get tiny strips of thread from clothes so you have to clean it often, and the fasten up method could be a little bit better because since its just a couple of rubber buttons inserted on holes of the same material, is relatively easy to get it unclipped and lost; This has happened to me two times already since bought it last month but luckly I was able to find it on the floor.
This material is perfect to go for a run and hit the gym without getting bad odors.
I already wear a Phiten necklace and it made me feel warm on the bottom of my feet for a week or so, and I got to say as soon as I got it in my wrist it made me feel heat on my palm in a matter of 30 minutes or less so I guess it really works.

Ive been wearing these for a week carpal seems to be better but because its like rubber they roll over on me and I just lost one as the rubber snap than pushes through to hold it on comes undone :( So kinda of expensive if you lose them. Hopefully it was in my house and I can find it.
