I'm sure this is going to be a great product...when it arrives.
I ordered this product on 19th August 2009 as a present for a close family member. That was allowing a whole two weeks for the order to arrive on time. It is now the 14th September and I am still awaiting an estimated delivery date. The product has had the "Usually ships within 3 to 5 days" for that whole time. Evidently, this is not the case.

Amazon customer service helped a lot: "Our shipping estimates--such as "Usually ships in 3 to 5 days "--take into account the time it takes to receive the item from our suppliers, package it, and prepare it for shipment. We can't predict exactly how long it'll take to obtain it or when we'll be able to ship it."

Great. So how long am I realistically going to be waiting then? Maybe it'll arrive on time as a Christmas present.

I have never had this problem on Amazon UK.
