Customer Reviews
there are better tools out there
This tool kit does the job i suppose. But beware, the base does not accommodate all bracelet sizes. My citizen eco-drive watch was such a tight fit, it left scuff marks on the bracelet.
One of the .08 pin snapped already after 3 uses. Finding the right angle and amount of pressure gets tricky when you cant fasten the bracelet securely to the base. I would venture to guess the pin removal tool with the turn knob is a better buy regarding this issue, as well as replacement of bracelet pin.
Husband loves it!
My husband loves this tool, and overall it is great. Having said that, the pins are REALLY easy to break, and some of his watches won't fit into the block.
Great tool but spend a few bucks more and buy the kit that includes this brick plus everyting else to dismantle any bracelet.
I purchased this brick after studying the "kits" that seemed smaller or less sturdy and I found out the kits are tough enough to dismantle my toughest links.
This kit includes the brick and the 0.8mm and 1.0mm tool pin, the kits pins aren't as heavy but they're still more than adequate to push a bent pint out of the sleeve and links of a 22mm Seamaster PO.
Watch Band Adjusting Sizing Link Removing Battery Changing 14 Pc Tool Kit.
I ruined one of these flimsy pushers on that bent pin but kit brick worked it out like butter. This kit would too I'm sure (I had already removed the tough pin and I didn't feel like jamming the *!@## thing back in just to prove this tool) but if unless you just need the brick and pins... spend the extra $7 and buy the whole kit.
