Get a better bite on your spindle with PSI's new 5/8" Super Center . More teeth give a better bite while providing equal pressure and a positive drive. There is no need to hammer your drive center into the work piece and risk splitting your work.

well made for the price
Nice drive center for the money.
Does not mark up spindle ends much,
nor have I had any split work.I only gave
it 4 stars because it will not fully seat
in the headstock of my Jet mini lathe.It only
lacks about a 1/16" from seating fully.
I plan to grind the tail end off to remedy the issue.
It will,however seat in the tailstock.But since
it is a drive center,it should seat in the headstock.
Would buy again.

I also have the Sorby version of this center and the PSI is just as good and only 1/3 the price. I have to put a best buy lable on this one.

Nice center, nice price
Works great. Much better grip than the stock 4 prong drive center that came with my lathe. The retractable point is a nice touch. Works great on my Jet Mini lathe. I also bought and like the 1" model of this drive center.
