Factory-Reconditioned DEWALT D51844R Round Head 2-inch to 3-1/2-inch Framing Nailer

Amazon.com Product Description
Featuring a magnesium housing and an aluminum magazine, and weighing just 7.5 pounds, the DeWalt D51844R Round Head 2-Inch to 3-1/2-Inch Framing Nailer offers one of the best power-to-weight ratios you'll find in any industrial-grade nailer. The depth-of-drive adjustment is located on the nailer, eliminating the need for changes in air pressure to set nail heads flush. The D51844R holds up to 65 full round head nails ranging from 2 to 3-1/2 inches in length and up to .148 inches in diameter. Its 12-3/4-inch height allows for toe-nailing in confined areas, and its unique engine design generates power to bury nails in both standard framing lumber and engineered lumber with minimal recoil. With up to 900 inches/pound of driving power, and factory reconditioned to perform like new, the D51844R offers one of the best values on the market. The D51844R also includes DeWalt safety glasses, and a replacement bump action trigger.

Note: This is a reconditioned power tool, meaning that the tool has been returned to the manufacturer for restoration to "like-new condition." Some reconditioned tools may contain cosmetic blemishes.

Customer Reviews

Reconditioned Dewalt framing nailer works flawlessly.5
I have used my Dewalt D51844 framing nailer for about three weeks now finishing our new large basement and it has worked flawlessly. I have experienced no jams or problems. I am very pleased with it. I recieved the nailer in about a week after ordering. It was delivered without damage as you would expect. I would have liked a case for storage, but that's no big deal. As with all Dewalt products I have, this one is well built and works as you would expect it to. I'm more that satisfied.

good gun, good value 4
Ive had this nail gun for a month now and have used it on 2 houses that I've built , it's a very solid gun for the money, i wouldnt put it in the same league as the hitachi's , but I was impressed with the quality of the gun, a very trustworthy gun for the price.

Good deal for the money.4
Needed a framer for occasional small jobs. The best part about the dewalt is its weight. Has to be the lightest compared to the Hitachi or Porter Cable. As with any framer including the dewalt nail jams in the magazine are common. One draw back to the dewalt is the setting the nail depth. Very hard to get it to set nails flush on siding. Overall very happy with the tool. No regrets.
