Bad packaging
I can't even comment on how this machine performs. They do not pack it well at all and it arrived damaged so bad that it would not even work. I can't believe that they don't package this kind of equipment better! There were only a few pieces of cardboard surrounding it and that was it. Nothing to protect it if it was dropped or even if something else fell on it. I am going straight to a store now to buy and take it home myself! I would not order something like this online again!

Great Machine - Better Shipping Next Time...
I don't blame Amazon, their service is still #1 in my book. But Fed-Ex could use either stronger men or a better way of getting a large package up the stairs if they are going to agree to ship large heavy packages. My front rubber stopper on my treadmill was completely munched which Amazon was kind enough to credit my account $20 (Thank you Amazon!). But other than that, it was shipped well.

Now the Manufacturer... The set up was easy enough except the fact that we had to fiddle with the engine quite a bit. We had to re-plug in the wiring to get it to even turn on (which could be a cause of shipping) but not only that we had to re-adjust the engine belt so it would move! That was a whole deal in and of itself! We had to go purchase extra tools so we could do what should have already been done for us! Well, now my husband and I know how to build our own treadmill! haha!

But now that we've rebuilt it- it's a great machine and it does its job for the price. I get a FANTASTIC work-out and have already lost some weight! :) It's sleek and slendor- PERFECT for a small apartment! And I LOVE that it folds up so compact! :)

Good Runner
The runner is very good, I used daily. But is a little hard to setup all the other thing are very nice.
