Here is an effective and customizable program you can use to build strong, stable core muscles—the key to overall body strength, flexibility, and general well-being. These eighty-four exercises are arranged in progressive series that target specific groups of core muscles. Because the earlier, more basic exercises prepare you for the more challenging exercises that come after, this customizable program is perfect for every fitness level, from newly redeemed couch potato to competitive athlete. For a more challenging workout, you can simply progress immediately to the more demanding exercises. Whether in the gym or in your living room, you can benefit from this program. In addition to furthering personal fitness goals, performing the exercises in this book can also start to reverse certain chronic conditions such as lower back and neck pain after just a few weeks of practice.
