Sea Master RMS Titanic Action
We gave this to our son for his 6th birthday. He is intrigued by the Titanic, and loved this toy. It was great for him to use in the tub or the pool, but the on/off swithch broke after 2 weeks. He still uses it and doesn't seem to mind that it won't "drive" anymore. For the price I paid, I'm not too upset either.

Body Solid, Propeller delicate
Boat is exactly as advertised. The body is solid and holds up well in the bathtub. Propeller is a bit thin and fragile, so not good for more rambunctious kids. Only had it a few weeks, but it has been used with the engine on more than half a dozen times in the tub, so...so far, so good.

I only put three stars for durability because from past experience with toys with little parts and battery operated engines, they only last so long. This one could prove me wrong, as ya' never know until you know.

And as far as educational value, there isn't much of that, so buy a book on the Titanic to go along with it. Try "Inside the Titanic (A Giant Cutaway Book)" -- it is a very cool book with great pictures, is quite large, and has many side details for more edification.

surprisingly fast
My son is very happy with this ship. We are surprised at how fast it moves even thought is has a very small propeller. It does seem that the four tiny screws that have to be removed to install the batteries are starting to rust, but fortunately they provide four extra screws in the hull of the ship, taped to the bottom, I suppose these are to replace rusted or lost screws. It also seems that the hull is water tight.
