addictive fun
This is definitely way more fun than scrabble! If you like word games and playing with letters you'll be hooked in no time. It's fun with a bunch and fun to play instead of solitaire if you're bored. Stuff it in your carryon or backpack. Took it to a restaurant and soon lots of people were gathered around playing too. Best game for the price!
Banana-riffic
We love this game. Whenever we have company over, or go traveling, this game is sitting on a table at night. It always turns very competitive, which I never fail to find surprising, as everyone starts seeing the words and possibilities as the game picks up speed. Lots of trash talk and promises of a "rematch" are always how the evening ends. Big fun with young and old couples, and my kids are starting to take interest, too... which is banana-rific!!
bananagrams are great!!!!
Bananagrams are great for this scrabble lover. This is a quick game, so you can play many times, as compared to Scrabble, at a sitting. I have even played it in restaurants while awaiting dinner. For a greater challenge, I prefer to play it with words of a minimum of three letters, rather than two.
