The "Bible" for a College Compensation Class
This book has become one of the standard texts for compensation in academia. Why don't I use it for my classes? It does a disservice to the benefits area (which the experts tell me is part of compensation :)). So to adequately cover benefits, I need to add more resources to cover that in my classes. Oh, and did I mention the price? Yikes. By the time I add additional resources to this text, my students would spend well over $300 for the semester. This is an example of a good supplement for employee benefits: Employee Benefits

This books describe in depth all the aspect of Compensation, it's an excellent tool for managers and HR professionals.
