Almost better than a mat!
I love these things! They're very comfortable and so much more convenient and easier to store than a mat. Best if you practice on carpet at home. Super for travel. I wish I'd known about these when I started with yoga; I'd have gotten them before I got a mat. Cons - (1) Not great for full body on floor asanas. (2) Foot "paws" slip a little, but I've seen something similar with back elastics to hold them in place, and I don't like the look of them.

i've tried other kinds of hand and feet mitts/socks for yoga while traveling (and don't want to carry a heavy yoga mat), and these are by far the best..they "stick" better and don't slide around on my feet or hands...

Sweat Solution
Yoga Paws are a much needed addition to my yoga practice. These well fitting gloves and booties add support and cushioning to my hands and feet. They can be used on their own or in addition to a yoga mat. I have found that they keep me from slipping and sliding from sweaty "paws" during more rigorous practices and are beneficial when holding static poses. They work great on hardwood floors and carpeting and are small enough to slip into a carry on for my next business trip. I strongly recommend these for any yoga practitioner of any level. Namaste!
