The product is OK. It converts 220/110 and 110/220. However it works only for very low demanding appliances (up to 50W) so be careful. It comes with two adapters that alone cost between 5$ to 10$ in airports and big retail stores. So good Deal. Only drawback, it is very heavy and hence should be used with an extension cord on the floor.

Travel Converter2
The Converter appears to be fine, except that it only came with the larger plugs used in northern Europe, not the smaller plugs used in southern Europe.

Excellent product5
I got a couple of these to send to family in India. This is a very good product. Most converters heat up a lot after being in continuous use. This one does as well, but not all that much. Never had fluctuation with this converter either. I highly recommend it for appliances/electronics that are going to be on all the time, like phones and such.
