A Travel Book For The Rest Of Us5
If you're traveling to London, this is the book for you. Look no further. Mr. Steves offers an everyperson's perspective on the makeup of the city, how to get there, and how to enjoy yourself once you're there; all within thrifty, modest or splurge budgets. From the engaging narrative to the hand-drawn maps, this book is well-constructed, thorough, and insightful. Don't get on the plane without it...

Just returned from London...5
...where my family of 5 stayed for 7 days. We took a DK guide book, Frommer's guide book and this one. We favored Steves' book so much that by the end of the week we were carrying only this book and didn't bother looking at the others. For any future trips I will invest in Rick Steves' book first and only.

Perfect Book5
I am in London right now delighted with how helpful this book is. Many guide books try to give too much information and end up more like phone books. This book is perfect in that it gives you the most important information about what is worth seeing. His tips on saving time and money are right on. This is the best book you will find for a visit to London.
