Perfect for child as a first bow set, under10 yr. old!
First off, this bow set looks very impressive and it works great as a first time bow set and for a child between 6 and 10. I wish it came with a few more arrows but it is what it is, oh and they break easy buy extra and buy the same arrows not just any arrows they are the right weight any heaver and it will not have the strength to shoot the arrows. Hope this helps.

Just a Toy
I bought the bow for my 9 year old to get the respect for a real bow. I am sure that you could "Put an eye out" with it, but the bow is lacking any punch. I was extremely disappointed, even though he was excited. The price is about 1/4 of the cost of a real youth bow, so I guess you get what you pay for.

Awesome bow
Awesome bow, some of the other review are little off center, not the products fault if someone returned a faulty item. Also If your son or daughter is ten, it is time to step up to a different bow. My son is 6 and he is glowing with excitement. Bow works good has great power is easily adjustable for different strengths. Is a smaller version of daddy's bear bow and he is shooting great. I am loading a video of him shooting before we put on the site and the quiver. Just got all the add ons set up and it looks really cool. Would buy again and great starter bow for kids!
