Bear Archery Compound Bows were developed so shooters could accurately deliver arrows with minimum effort. When two or more pulleys are put on bow limbs, the force to pull those limbs back and hold them is greatly reduced. The "Explorer" bow features 2-pulley construction, combining compound technology in an inexpensive bow. Since the introduction, compounds have been brought down to manageable weights for young children. This Bow can now be pulled to peak draw and held there for instruction...proper finger position, smooth release, etc. Theres no shaking, arrows fly truer, hitting the targets more frequently. This bow is set up for right-handed shooters. Left-handed shooting requires reversing the pulley mounts. 20" (50.8cm) draw length, 9.5 lbs. (4.3 kg) draw weight. Durable glassflex limbs. 10lbs. Includes 2 arrows, a quiver and a finger tab.
